Computer Processing
We can help you keep your list organized and convenient. We're CASS- and PAVE-certified, which means lower postage rates for you. We offer duplication elimination and National Change of Address services to keep your list clean. To make it easy for you, we accept data in a variety of formats, via e-mail, ftp or simply on disk. For those special mailings, we specialize in personalized laser letters and forms. If you can imagine it, we can create it for you.
Ink Jet Services
Getting your mail piece opened is the name of the game. Whether it's adding a custom, personalized message on your envelope or using a beautiful font, our ink jet technology gives you the options you need.
And now, there's no need for you to hesitate over using coatings, because we can address on anything. Choose an aqueous, UV, varnish or even laminate coating with confidence, because we can run it.
Postage
For that personalized touch, consider using stamps on your mail piece. Our automatic stamping equipment can apply first class, standard or nonprofit stamps in-line with inkjetting. Our metering machines apply your postage in no time. Or if you prefer, use our postal indicia at no charge (a $190 value).
Manual Processing

Design and Postal Consultation
Designers don't want to interpret the Post Office's many rules, so that's why we offer free design and postal consultation. Tabbing
To qualify for automation rates, letter-size self mailers and booklets need to be tabbed. We offer in-line tabbing during ink-jetting, which keeps your costs down. Choose from translucent easy-tear paper tabs or completely clear wafer seals.
Mechanical Inserting
Our high speed equipment automatically inserts your mailing documents into envelopes. It's fast and inexpensive.
Sorting
We'll sort your mail to the lowest postage rate available and pass the savings on to you. We handle all classes of mail, even lumpy-bumpy packages.

Database Services
Database creation and management is one of the key components of an effective direct mailing campaign. The cleaner your list is, the less money you waste mailing to "nondeliverables", duplicates or those who are simply not interested.
At Post Haste Mailing Services, we use the most advanced database technology available to achieve this goal. We have a large variety of software and hardware available to handle any of your mailing needs, whether it's list conversion, duplicate elimination, CASS and NCOA certification, postal coding or programming.
List management includes:
- Data conversion - we can accept virtually any file format
- Duplicate deletion from single or multiple lists - This includes suppression and intersection runs, duplicate elimination and reports
- Upper/lower casing, genderizing (Mr. or Ms.) and salutations, both formal (Dear Ms. Smith) and informal (Dear Jane)
- Key coding for tracking tests
- CASS certification and address standardization - CASS certification is necessary for barcoding, and address standardization is helpful on lists that have not been keyed cleanly
- NCOA (National Change of Address) processing - studies show that as many as 20 percent of the United States population moves every year. That's why you should ask us to NCOA your list at least once a year.
NCOA uses data updated by the US Postal Service every week to identify individuals, families and businesses that move. We can incorporate that information into your list to keep it current and reduce the cost of mailing to outdated addresses.
Personalization
Studies show that a personalized campaign will always out-perform a generic one. We can:
- Create personalized letters, forms and reports. Don't just stop at a personalized address and salutation, though. Consider inserting your prospect's name into the body of the letter, and refer to the last donation they made, or item they bought. Whatever information you have in your database can be used to make your letter ultra-personal.
- Merge multiple data streams - each with their own personalized letter - into one, saving you mailing and postage costs.
- Insert pictures, drawings or maps into your document. Need a different map printed on each letter that is keyed to an address? No problem. We can do it.
